Travelling in today’s world is not just going away once in few months but going on trips frequently. Since I often travel for an overnight or weekend trip I don’t necessarily like to carry the traditional wheeled bags instead I like carrying stylish travel bags that suits my outfits. So I am a huge fan of classic, timeless, iconic and essentials pieces when it comes to bags and accessories as it feels effortless and ageless. Owning classic pieces means you stay relevant forever as fashion and style are changing every season.
The bedroom is the essential part of an apartment or a house. It’s a sanctuary for relaxation and peacefulness. So, it’s crucial for me to decorate it in a way that it expresses my personality and makes me happy. Being a blogger, I get to travel a lot and stay at the most luxurious hotels in the world so when I come back home, I want to create my luxurious space without breaking the bank.
What Madame Clicquot and Charlotte Olympia have in common is that even though the two successful business women were born centuries apart, they are an inspiration and entrepreneurial role models, especially for young women. La Grande Dame Cuvee was launched in 1972 on the celebration of the 200th birthday of its founder. Charlotte Olympia, the British luxury shoe, and accessories brand were founded by a woman in her mid-twenties of the same name in 2008. Recently, the two brands have come together for a collaboration that is a celebration of inspirational women.
A few days ago, I visited Balthazar London to try out their new High Five Afternoon Tea which was launched to celebrate their fifth anniversary in London.

As most of you know, I am a full-time blogger, and I work from home, or I am on the move. Meetings in town, working from cafes, travelling to photoshoot locations and getting from place to place in my city and abroad means I carry around a lot of things with me. So I always need a stylish, lightweight and spacious bag that can store clothing, laptop, makeup, wallet and my camera equipment.
Winter is coming. You’ve probably heard that before except that for us in the UK, winter has already begun in November. It’s time to ditch lighter attires for heavier ones for protection against the weather. But there is another reason to be excited about; winter brings the opportunity to wear the most stylish jacket, the favourite pair of warm boots, and your favourite scarf as well. I for one at least get excited about the prospect of being able to dress in coats and jackets I wait all year to wear.
It was finally the weekend and we were on our way to the Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa. I had looked forward to the day all week. It was 14th October, the second day of the Dubai Future Champions Festival at Newmarket Racecourses. We reached our destination a little before 10 in the morning, and just in time as well as our guide for the Discover Newmarket Tour was due to pick us up at 10 am. Discover Newmarket delivers a range of tours for groups and individuals to go behind the scenes at the Home of Horseracing. I was excited and looking forward to the Short Head Tour and Race Day Tour with Discover Newmarket. Frankie (our tour guide), arrived right on time to pick us up. We dropped our bags at the hotel to be taken to our rooms when ready and began our activities for the day.
