During London Fashion Week in September I met Leanne Claxton. She started painting when she was just six using oil paints to elucidate her love, imagination and obsession with flowers. Her brilliance and creative work reflects clearly through her collection of scarves that feature floral designs. The artist got her BBA degree in Textile Design at Central Saint Martins and much of her time was spent under the mentoring of influential fashions designers, including Christian Lacroix.
I ended Day 1 of London Fashion Week with Paul Costelloe show at the lovely Le Meridien Piccadilly hotel. I was so excited to sitting front row for his show and taking the lovely photos for you guys. His spring summer 2017 collection theme was ‘The Rejuvenation of Linen’. Paul Costelloe’s collection interprets his desire to constantly reinvent and reinvigorate in this ever-changing face of the world.
I started day Day 1 of London Fashion Week SS17 with Eudon Choi show. I got the opportunity to watch the show , try out few sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut stand and connect with over 200 designers at the official London Fashion Week venue Brewer Street Car Park, thanks to the lovely people at Sunglass Hut.
Being petite, dressing for any occasion is really difficult for me, it’s even more tricky to find something good enough to wear to London fashion week.I was challenged by George to create a London Fashion Week worthy outfit under £50.
Cruz Bueno is a high end designer label based in London founded by designer Luca Cruz Bueno in 2011. On 19th May Cruz Bueno showcased his womenswear and menswear collection to the public, his collection is for people who are unique in their style,feel empowered by dressing fashionably and are fearless. I was quite excited to check out Cruz Bueno collection and was delighted to have been invited.
London Fashion Weekend AW 16, had great designers from the British fashion industry showcasing their collections and I was so thrilled to have attended designer Holly Fulton’s show.
London Fashion Week this year started with bang, I got the opportunity to attend Luke Archer’s Autumn Winter Collection. Luke Archer is a British Fashion designer specialising in luxury ready to wear couture pieces. Luke started his label in 2010 after graduating from Middlesex University and soon went on to win Alfa Romeo Young Designer of the Year Award in 2013.
